Where can I find 22R engines around Seattle?

I Drive: Audi A4 S

My Project: 190E
Toyota's reliable 22R/RE engine is very hard to find. Bought one, installed it, but it had no compression so all the work to return it and still out time and money (to rent the cherry picker).

Anyplace around here that sells reliable 22R engines? Not trying to spend too much money?

Unless there is anyone who can rebuild a core?
