So I'm headed over to my parents place this morning, TIRED as HELL cause of new puppy. Just got off grave, so i had like 3.5hrs sleep, and I look in my rear view, and I'm like wow nice Porsche. Then I look some more, its awefully low, CF front dampener/lip.......ok, this ISNT just any 06' 911 carrera. I get over, he goes by slowely, and its sportin the 1 piece CF spoiler on the back, and i thought to myself HOLY SH&T its a new 911 TURBO!!!! 122,000 dollar car. So either way, i shot by him a few times, and he got on it once thinking i was decently keeping up, then the next time he got on it, I got on it just a hair after he did but it was a joke, he was OUTTA there. Good show. Sorry cam. phone pix, but hey good thing i was even able to snap these it was very foggy, and the sun was just coming up strong!!!

Sorry, but that isn't the current generation 911 Turbo.

Here is a pic off the Porsche website of the current model, similiar view.

Looks like an 05 to me. We're looking at the 07's now, between the turbo and the C4S. They have so many options (100's), makes building one difficult.

the current gen is a 997, that's a 996. A $100K car w/o the XD50 package ($122 w/ the extra ponies and brakes). nice car either way, but speed yellow is so uninteresting.

That'd be wild if they offered a powerkit for the new Turbo!
15k option on the S's though, no thanks.

Ya not sure that it was an 05 or 06 or 07, but the front lip was LOWWWW and his car sounded VERY TOUGH. He didnt wanna play till i gave him a wide open throttle fly by. Lettin him know i wasnt stock (you can def. hear the Dinan goodies!!!) and he wanted to play at that point. He took off, but getting off of HWY 167 to HWY 410 towards sumner, its a down under the freeway loop, and I was right on his tail the whole time, gotta love the M suspension! But at this point, is when he got on it, and i was unable to keep up.

I hear you mitch!

It used to be (early 90's) that you saw ferrari's, lambo's, porsches, etc. on the east coast all the time. Now it's pretty slim pickings even over there, much less out west. The manufacturers still sell as many cars, no one ever drives them anymore. Being at PCA events, you see four year old cars with 1000 miles on them all the time. Most cars are trailered to shows, it's disgusting. I applaud all those who buy these cars new, and drive them, alot. This even applies to you M3 guys out there.

Ain't that the truth, couldn't believe all the low mile porsches on EBay.
