All of the sudden, I was transported back to Idaho for a second there. :D

I Drive: '93 Z28 Camaro & '78 GMC 4X4 454/400

My Project: BB Ford speedboat
There were a lot of those done back in the '70's,plenty of big wagons around and lots of rolled over straight axle 4X4 trucks too.
I knew a guy in school that had a '57 Ford wagon on a WWII Dodge PowerWagon military chassis with the Ford V-8/auto trans.
That was an awesome party wagon.
You could pile about 8 people in it usually 4 guys and 4 girls,a case or two of beer and whatever else you needed then go fourwheeling.

I remember when people used to take '57 wagons and shorten them...cut out the entire passenger (rear) doors and all the metal...then weld it back together..

There used to be one in Madras back in the early '70's.... Sucker would pull a nice wheelie too

the ones on the nomad or the jeep? or the mismatched ones on the s10?

cuz I like the ones on the jeep....just....on a car...or something as equally useless as a car...

if I walk out the door, and then walk to the street and look up the hill, I can see that store.

I don't think I'd drive that...although I've driven worse cars in my life...usually by force
