Just bought it, so its basically box stock with civilian single exhaust. (duals planned.)
I did just install a headlight relay kit, doesn't make it any faster, but it sure makes a difference to the lighting.

That is a very sharp car. Ford made a SS version called the Marauder (maybe it was mercury). They sure were sexy. All black. Duals. Yes yes.

Yes, it was a Mercury Marauder, and they came with the 4.6L DOHC 4V instead of the SOHC 2V the rest of the line gets.

Stock headlight wiring on this (as most cars) pitifully small and long, having to go from the cabin to the lights.. Voltage at the headlight even with system voltage at 14V can be as low as 10.5-11V. The headlight kit puts relays on the stock wiring to switch nice short thick wire to feed the lights.. Basically, highs before could barely match what lows do now.

I took some pictures of the harness. :P
Click the pictures in the album to full size them.
Stock wiring to new wiring comparison.
Rest of the wiring and relays.

Does anyone know where I could get a custom exhaust system? Ive found a source for Stainless Long tubes for my car but of course no stock system will fit.

I got a GREAT exhaust guy. But he's over here on this side of the mountains.

Well, that would suck, But Ill keep it in mind. Im planning on installing them myself to save the shop labor (Ive heard they are a PITA) I dont care if it takes me awhile to install them because I have my Cavalier to go to work.
