Well the time has come, the stock clutch is on her way out. In with the new, on Monday or whenever the company rep gets back to me with a discount code, I will be ordering a Spec Aluminum Flywheel (~20lbs lighter than stock) and a Spec Stage 2 Clutch. Woohoo. Gonna be a fun summer this year. After this is installed I have a new upper intake kit coming in at end of Feb. I will then have a 96-98 Ford Windstar 3.8 upper intake manifold, good for approx 10hp and 15-20ft lbs. Then its onto L/T Headers, flow 40's with turn downs, and a power programmer. All said and done I'm hoping for ~180rwhp and 220-230 rwtq. The numbers should be very achievable based on other peoples dyno runs with simliar setups. Once this is all done I'll be in the market for a 99-04 Mustang 8.8" rear, preferably with 3.55's or 3.73's. Hoping for next winter to get stage 2 heads, a new cam, and a ported lower intake and larger throttle body. Goals for next year are around 220rwhp and 260-270 tq with the cam/heads/ported lower/throttle body combo. Once all above is said and done, I should be beating up 99-04 Mustang GT's At well less than the difference in purchase price, and still get better insurance rates and gas mileage to boot. Stock numbers @flywheel, ~220 lb/ft and 193hp.

Take it over to the two Jeffs (All Ford) and have a hairdryer installed... :D "..that whistling noise under the hood, don't worry about it, that's just a bearing going out in the alternator."
